PRO is delighted to announce the recruitment of two new employees, who will begin working with the Organization over the next couple of months.
Ex-FIFA referee Brian Hall has been named as the new Match Officials Development Manager and he will take up the position from December 1st.

General Manager of the Professional Referee Organization, Peter Walton, said: “These are two fantastic captures for PRO.
“Both Brian and Alan will significantly enhance the support of Match Officials throughout North America. The pair come with a wealth of global soccer experience.

Hall was the first American-born official to be assigned by FIFA to referee in a World Cup, taking charge of matches at the 2002 tournament, and he is a four-time MLS Referee of the Year, winning the accolade in 2003, 2005, 2006 and 2007.
FIFA referee Kelly has long been regarded as Ireland's top official, being assigned to over 350 Airtricity League matches. He won the inaugural Players' Football Association of Ireland’s Referee of the Year Award in 2006, and has taken the award four times since.
